May 21, 2024 — Gatefield announced today that it has become an official nonprofit partner of GlobalGiving after completing its Pathway program and undergoing an extensive vetting process.
GlobalGiving is the first and largest worldwide fundraising community for nonprofits, donors, and companies. Through access to funding, tools, training, and one-on-one support, they support community-driven organizations like Gatefield in hundreds of communities around the world, creating a virtuous cycle of good.
Each year, thousands of organizations from around the world apply to become official partners of GlobalGiving by completing the Pathway program, a community learning experience designed by existing GlobalGiving nonprofit partners to help organizations get fundraising ready.
“I am excited to see how our partnership evolves, and I am honored to be part of their journey to make the world a better place,” said GlobalGiving CEO Victoria Vrana of the partnership with Gatefield.
This partnership will enable Gatefield to combat non-communicable diseases (NCDs) by promoting healthy and preventive behaviors within African communities.
“We are delighted to partner with Global Giving. Their commitment to empowering community-driven organizations like ours perfectly aligns with our mission, and I am optimistic about the positive change we can create through this partnership,” Gatefield’s CEO, Adewunmi Emoruwa, said.
